The Learning and Development Facilitator skills programme develops the competence to plan, prepare and deliver learning interventions in an occupational context. Learners study the statutory learning and development environment and the facilitation of occupational learning, then apply a range of methodologies, training styles and techniques by facilitating real sessions. It is a practical route to strengthening the facilitation capability behind your training.
