Motlatsi Liphoko, a former educator and currently Director, Edge Training Free State, has been involved in the education and teaching fraternity for seventeen years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education, from the QwaQwa campus of the University of the North, Skills Development Facilitation Certificate from Maccauvlei Academy and Masters in Training Management from the University of the Free State. His dissertation is titled, Training: Enhancing quality services in local government.
